- The goal of this program is to provide you with all the information you need when starting out!
- Designed to help you build muscle and strength effecitvely
- 10 individual exercise instructional videos explained in full detail
- Includes all of the basic movement patters you need to master
- You only need a gym membership!
- A 4-week program, with 3 workouts per week. The program gets harder as you go along. By the end of the 4th week, you'll overcome your fear of the gym and be in the best shape of your life!
- After finishing the beginner program, you can start the program again while using heavier weights, or start a more advanced one
