Nutrition course – Welcome to your course! – Before you start, do this

It is very easy to forget where you started and progress you’ve made along the way. That’s why I recommend that before you start with this program you’d:

  • take a photo of yourself from the front and side
  • weigh yourself
  • measure waist circumference
  • anything else you would like to record, so you can track your progress in the future
