“Goal” section has 3 options, first one (weight loss) is 80% of calculated daily expended calories, second one 100% (weight stays the same) and third one (gain weight) 120%.

Macros are calculated so, that proteins are 2 grams per kg of body weight calculated with a BMI of 25 (not the person’s actual weight). Carbohydrates are 45% of the total calories and all the rest goes to fat.
